The sun’ll come out tomorrow...
May. 17th, 2006 08:34 amThere is a bright side to everything. Since losing my jobs I have had a lot more free time, and have used it to start a new exercise routine. It’s been three weeks now, and it has already produced noticeable results. I have slimmed down, and can almost touch my toes! Now I just need to whiten my teeth, complete two projects and two papers, take one test and one final, and I will be ready to graduate!!! Oh yeah, after I buy a dress for graduation. Don’t bother me with details.
In other news, my friend has been teaching me to dance, and since we began I have taken to dancing whenever a dance song comes on the radio (instead of changing the station, as I did in the past). As if this were not disturbing enough, I have actually become rather good at it. The upshot of this creepiness is that in the unlikely event that I somehow end up at one of those parties where they dance to that kind of music, I will be able to participate without looking like a complete dork. Like I said, there’s a bright side to everything.
